Classes: Registration Policy
· Registration is limited to no more than 4students per class.
· Students must be at least 18 years of age.
· Workshops are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
· Registrations are not transferable.
· The full class fee is due at the time of registration for 1-day and 2-day classes.
· A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration for classes scheduled balance is due 4 days prior to class date.
· Prospective students must first review all workshop policies. If you are interested in registering for a Class, Please email your inquiry and include the title and scheduled date (s) of the requested class. If space is available, we will send a follow up email with a registration form, payment instructions, and workshop information. If space is not available in the requested workshop, a waiting list is optional.
· Registrations are not confirmed until the completed registration form and required payment have been received and processed.
Class: Cancellation Policy
Classes are limited to small groups (no more than 4 students) in order to provide an optimal teaching environment and a personalized learning experience. Students should consider their schedules carefully before committing to and registering for a class. This cancellation policy is in place in order to help prevent any disruption to a scheduled classes due to an individual cancellation.
· A student must notify us via email in order to request a cancellation.
Dennis reserves the right to cancel any class at any time. If a class is cancelled by Dennis and cannot be rescheduled, registered students will be granted a refund of the paid workshop deposit/fee. Students who previously cancelled their registration are not eligible for a refund.
Workshops: Safety Policy
· It is the priority of Dennis Zongker to promote a safe workspace and to demonstrate best practices regarding proper operational procedures.
· It is the responsibility of each student to accept and assume all associated risks, and to understand and follow all safety procedures/precautions for the use of hand tools, power tools, machines, and materials. You will be required to sign a form prior to class.
